air canada centreToronto’s Air Canada Centre (The ACC) was built in 1999, primarily to replace the aging Maple Leaf Gardens, which had served as Toronto’s primary entertainment venue for close to 80 years. The Air Canada Centre became the home of the Toronto Maple Leafs hockey club, and the Toronto Raptors NBA basketball franchise. The Toronto Rock lacrosse team also calls the Air Canada Centre its home. Tours of the venue are conducted during mid day.

The ACC is host to many Toronto attractions. World Wrestling Federation events, Disney-on-Ice Shows, and a variety of music concerts play regularly. The ACC also features the 5,500-seat Best Buy theatre, which provides a venue for smaller concerts and performances.

Air Canada Centre Seating

Seating for Air Canada Centre events is 18,800 for Toronto Maple Leaf hockey games, 19,800 for basketball games, and over 20,000 for some concerts. An interactive seating chart is available on the ACC web site.
