Toronto FC is Toronto’s professional soccer team, and they host their games at the beautiful new BMO Field on the CNE grounds. This new stadium seats 20,000 soccer fans.
Toronto FC opened their 2007 home season on April 27th against the Kansas City Wizards. The MLS soccer season schedule has 32 games on tap against teams from New England, Chicago, Houston, Columbus, New York, Colorado, Salt Lake City, and Los Angeles Galaxy who have signed David Beckham. Los Angeles Galaxy will be in town to play the Toronto FC on August 5th. Toronto FC tickets are available at ticketmaster.ca.
The team is owned by Maple Leaf Sports Entertainment, who also own the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), and the Toronto Raptors (NBA). The Leafs and the Raptors host their games at the Air Canada Centre.
